What is the Pitch Your Film?
The Pitch your Film Networking luncheon is a networking event that enables filmmakers to receive feedback from industry experts on their productions.
When: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00
Where: The Metropolitan Golf Links Banquet Room
Why: Our mission is to support independent filmmakers. The purpose of this event is to network filmmakers in Oakland, with others in the entertainment industry to promote the creative talent right here in Oakland.

(Deadline is October 2nd, 2008)
Question # 2: How long can my film be?
Answer # 2: Up to three minutes maximum.
Question # 3: How long can I speak after my film?
Answer #3: Up to two minutes (maximum)
Question # 4 What is the cost to submit your film?
Answer # 4 $25.00
Question #5 Do you have to be a filmmaker to attend?
Question #5 No, but lunch is $20.00 which comes with general admission.
The Oakland Film Society has the mission of promoting the independent
filmmaker by showcasing their works each year in the Oakland
International Film Festival, and hosting special events year round at
various venues in the city of Oakland.
